Who qualifies?
Practicing interior designers, architects, commercial furniture dealers, contractors and procurement teams. A website, portfolio or professional membership helps us approve you quickly.
What counts toward my tier?
Paid orders for furniture over the last 12 months. Sales tax, shipping and refunds are not counted. Past orders from your firm can be added when you are approved.
Can my whole team use the account?
Yes. The account owner can add and remove team members from the trade dashboard, and everyone orders at the firm’s tier.
How does the sales tax exemption work?
Upload your resale certificate with your application or later from your dashboard. Once we verify it, sales tax is removed for orders shipping to the states it covers.
Does my tier ever go down?
Tiers are reviewed once a year, on the anniversary of your approval. Between reviews your tier only moves up.
