White Glove Delivery

Every piece of furniture priced on or after November 1, 2026 includes white glove delivery and setup anywhere in the contiguous United States. Our team brings it inside, assembles it and sets it in place, so it is ready to use the day it arrives.

What is included

Small items shipped on their own (Carbon modules, pipe shelves, Broadway shelves and bookcases) include delivery to your door rather than white glove service. When they ship with a larger furniture order, they are delivered and placed with the rest of your order.

What is not included

These situations take extra people, equipment or time. If any of them apply, we quote the cost before you order, so there are no surprises on delivery day.

• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States
• Rural or remote addresses outside our delivery partners’ standard service areas (a rural delivery fee, quoted before you order)
• Buildings with no elevator where the piece must be carried up or down stairs
• Long carries from the truck to the building entrance
• Crane, hoist, rigging or window removal
• After-hours, weekend or holiday delivery, or buildings that require union labor
• Removal or disposal of existing furniture
• Wall mounting, or electrical and data connections for power units (we install the unit; your electrician or IT team connects it)
• Moving other furniture, or delivery to more than one address

What we need from you

Before your piece ships, we send a short delivery checklist. Please have this ready:

• The delivery address and a contact who will be on site
• Your entrance: loading dock, street entrance, and any steps
• Elevator door and cab size, door widths, and any tight hallway turns on the way to the room
• Building rules: delivery hours, elevator reservations, and any certificate of insurance requirements (we provide a certificate of insurance at no cost)
• A few photos of the path from the entrance to the room

Making sure it fits

Every piece is built to order, so please confirm it will fit before you order. You are responsible for measuring the delivery path and the room: door openings, hallways and turns, stairwells, and elevator doors and cab size, from the building entrance to where the piece will sit.

We are glad to help. Send us your measurements and a few photos before production and we will confirm the fit with you. Large conference tables can be built with a two-piece top so they fit through tighter spaces.

If a piece cannot be brought in because the measurements we were given were incorrect or the path was not checked, any extra work needed to get it in (such as hoisting, window removal or partial disassembly), a return trip, and storage are billed at cost. Because each piece is made to order, a piece that does not fit cannot be returned or refunded for that reason.

On delivery day

• Someone needs to be on site to let us in and inspect the piece with us.
• Please make sure the room is ready and the path is clear. We protect floors and door frames along the way.
• If the site is not ready or no one is available when we arrive, a return trip or storage may be charged at cost. We will always talk with you first.
• Report any damage at delivery, noted on the delivery receipt. See our returns policy.

Timing

Every piece is built to order. Standard production is 10 to 16 weeks, with expedited options on most pieces. Delivery is scheduled once your piece is finished.
