Our butter boards are handmade in Fargo, North Dakota, using locally sourced black walnut!
These boards come from real trees, and every board will be unique, with different features and characters. Some may contain knots & cracks; these are natural blemishes of the trees that enhance the look of the boards; any knots or cracks on top of the board will be filled.
Optional Care Kit Includes:
1 - 4 oz Can of Fargo Woodworks Board Butter
1 - Butter Application Sponge
1 - Care Instructions
Finish - Our butter boards are finished with mineral oil and beeswax. These boards will need to be maintained over time using mineral oil. You can purchase our maintenance kit separately.
Washing - You will need to wash your board using a wet cloth, do not submerge your board in water or put it in the dishwasher.

Once you have placed your order we go to work handcrafting your custom item from high quality locally sourced materials in our small woodworking shop in Fargo ND. Handcrafted takes time, this typically takes 8-12 weeks.
Once your custom Item has been completed and passed our quality control checks we will then package and ship your item. (shipping typically takes 3-5 days)
You receive your unique handcrafted one of a kind piece. Due to the nature of handcrafting items using real wood no two pieces are ever exactly alike and you will truly have a unique piece that you could never find in a big box store.
We offer shipping throughout the lower 48 of the United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
We stand behind our handcrafted products. If your item isn’t built the color, size, or style that you ordered, we’ll fix or - replace it.
